Delete your account
Deleting your account removes it and everything you have logged. It cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Account from your avatar at the top right of Today.
- Tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
If you sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm, so we can disconnect your Apple Account from Fit Shapes too.
What is deleted
- Your food entries, including scanned photos
- Weights and measurements
- Workouts and saved routines
- Goals, targets, and coaching history
- Saved foods and recent searches
- Apple Health connections
- Your Founding Membership, if you have one
- The photos, descriptions, and diagnostic log on that iPhone
Apple Health itself is not changed: Fit Shapes only reads from it. Backups are overwritten on their ordinary cycle.
Without the app
If you cannot open the app, write to privacy@fitshapes.com from the email on your account, and we will delete it for you.
