See your nutrition details
Open your calories, macros, fiber, sugar, vitamins, and minerals over time.
- On Today, tap the calories and macros card at the top.
- Nutrition opens with averages for the last seven days, ending on the day you chose on Today.
Nutrition shows calories and macros, then the breakdowns: carbohydrates (including fiber, sugar, and net carbs), fat, protein, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Each row shows your seven-day average and how it compares with your target.
The card opens Nutrition only on a day that has a calorie target.
Look at one nutrient over time
Tap a row. A chart shows that nutrient over time. Choose a range from 1W to All, and choose days, weeks, or months. To change the nutrient, tap Nutrients at the top right.
When data is missing
Not every food has every nutrient. For example, many foods have no fiber value.
- If some foods have no value for a nutrient, the number shows ≥, or the row says Partial data. The real amount may be higher.
- If no food has a value, the row shows — and No recent data.
- In a nutrient’s chart, a hollow bar is a partial day.
The seven-day average does not include today, or days with no data for that nutrient.
The fiber and sugar line on Today counts a food with no value as zero.
